With over 25 years of multicultural experience across Vietnam, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the United States, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. Whether supporting large corporations through transformational change, guiding youth groups, hosting community events in Sydney, or volunteering as a Legal Aid Office Manager in Manila, my driving force has always been the same: to help others navigate life’s transitions with empathy, respect, and care. My decision to open Caring Transitions stems from deeply personal experiences. After going through the emotional process of clearing out my mother’s belongings when she passed, and managing care for my 82-year-old father from afar, I truly understood how overwhelming these moments can be for families. It was during these times that I recognized the need for both practical assistance and compassionate support to ease the burden. As a Certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Facilitator, I approach every service we provide—downsizing, resettling, or managing estate sales—as an opportunity to bring dignity, reassurance, and understanding to everyone I serve. I see Caring Transitions more than just a relocation or estate management company. My team and I - we care about helping people find peace and purpose as they move forward in life.
